Acne is a skin condition that can vary in ranges of severity. It is cause by oils build up which blokes the pores of the skin. The reason why Acne is more common in those entering into adolescence is because at puberty, a hormone called testosterone increases in production. This testosterone cause the increase of oil production in the skins pores which may prevent the skin cells from shedding properly which will to blockage of the pore. - Birth Control Pills: If the male hormone birth control pill is taken it may irritate an acne problem
- Cosmetics: Many cosmetics block pores!
- Exercise: Exercise helps avoid stress which reduces testosterone production.
